100 Days At Sea launched on Roblox on November 14, 2025, developed by Stranded Devs (CDDevelopment group).

The launch curve

The title cleared 1 million concurrent users within the first week of launch. The peak concurrent user count has since settled at 37,644 with total visits exceeding 59.9 million.

The premise

An open-world survival spanning a strict 100-in-game-day lifecycle on a procedurally generated Bermuda Triangle ocean map. 27-player server cap. Single shared instance, no instanced content.

The retention model

21.2 million Out At Sea badges and 14.8 million Hooked! badges were awarded within the first 90 days. The first major retention wall sits at Survive 10 Days — 39.9% completion — where the hydration and caloric decay formulas claim their first mass cohort.

Where the game is now

Survive 50 Days sits at 3.9% completion — the gating threshold between the Scavenger Phase and the Metallurgical Phase. The Rescued! badge (Day 100 extraction) sits at 1.1% completion.
